In order to protect both our patients and staff during this pandemic, Kidsteethonly has instituted new policies that must be adhered to. To ensure we’re doing our part to foster the safety of the community we treat, these policies will be strictly enforced; if any of these policies are not adhered to the appointment will be rescheduled. Although these new changes will be a learning curve for all of us, we believe ultimately they’re for the best.
These policies are as follows:
Please call to reschedule if you, your child or anyone in your immediate family has had a known exposure to COVID or has tested positive for COVID. In addition, please call to reschedule if anyone in your family exhibits any signs/symptoms of COVID including fever, dry cough, loss of taste/smell and shortness of breath.
When we call to confirm appointments with you, we’ll be asking a series of screening questions to confirm it is safe to keep the scheduled appointment. These screening questions will also be asked upon appointment arrival before treatment begins.
Before entering the building the parent must call to let us know they've arrived. We will then let you know when to enter.
Only 1 parent and 1 child is allowed in the building per family unless otherwise specified by our office manager during confirmation calls.
Both the child and parent must be asymptomatic AND wear a face covering (if age/developmentally appropriate). Due to a limited supply of masks for our employees, we will not be able to provide masks to the families we treat.
Immediately after entering the building both you and your child must wash your hands in the bathroom with soap and water.
Temperatures will be taken after you check-in at the front desk. If either you or your child have a temperature at or exceeding 100.0, the appointment will be rescheduled.
Please observe social distancing and stay 6 feet away from others, including staff, whenever possible.
Please bring warm clothing, as the office will be colder than usual due to the additional PPE our employees will be wearing due to COVID.
